Stupid Day 02:01
What a stupid day. I worked my ass off and a billionaire got paid. What can we say? Anti union motherfuckers crush any movement made. A market cornered. So the cost of living goes up and the wages all stay the same. And how they laugh. Winning is so easy when you get to rig the game and nobody really knows how to play. The rich got richer today, what a stupid day. The wealth gap got bigger today, what a stupid day. I bought a lottery ticket, what a stupid day. It seems like every day is another stupid day. What a stupid day. Giant swallowed a dwarf to become part of the conglomerate. Moved across the sea. For cheaper labor abroad, a global expatriate. Soon there will be, everything owned under one big company. Then we will see. That it's nothing but a giant pyramid scheme. Monday is a stupid day. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, all stupid days. Friday and Saturday, both stupid days. I can't stand this shit, man I need a raise. Sunday is a wholey stupid day. Capitalist enterprise ruined the whole week for me.

You see them on every corner, in the aisles of every store, with the quiet understanding that it's for your protection and nothing more. But who is on the other side of the lens? They know everything about me, but we ain't fucking friends. And late at night you will wonder why every light fixture looks like a watchful eye. Close your eyes and you draw the shades but the feeling never fades. That there is something watching you, keeping tabs on everything you do, lurking in the shadows of every room and it knows your name. Deep in the bowels of your own home, can't shake the feeling that you're never alone. Parasite to an unwitting host, it looks like you're haunted by a ghost. You have been informed. You are well aware that every single screen could be a one way mirror. No privacy these days is just par for the course, so you give a defeated shrug and you purchase the trojan horse. A ghost in the shadows, it's haunting you. A ghost in the living room, it's haunting you. A ghost in the toilet, it's haunting you. There's a ghost watching everything you do.

Have you ever seen a yard so fresh and so green? A working man on his lawn mowing machine. It's his status, it's his pride. A throne to the kingdom that he can ride. A kingdom in peril on all sides under attack from the illiterate, can't they read the signs? Keep off the grass, keep off the lawn, you do not belong in my yard, for the seeds I've sown, the grass must grow, I live to mow or I'll be so unfulfilled and nobody else will. Perfectly manicured, still the neighbors leer as I crack a beer. Please keep off the lawn. Children run amuck, dogs don't give a fuck the community block party is today. Futile signs that say stay away yet sod is trampled underfoot and all your kids are to blame. So please, please respect my fence's right to be a fence. You've thrown sticks and stones, there's holes. What's next? Kids today have no respect.

I followed my captain blindly until he led me straight in to a shipwreck so I left him bloated in the sea. Flew off with the vultures in the wake of predators until the scavengers tried to scavenge off of me. Then I laid with the snakes in the grass and took a chunk out of every leg that passed until the serpents assembled to pray. And someday I'll take my own life in a hospice with a knife. It's so much better when it's messy I'm afraid to say. So just let the ship sink. Don't be taken as no prisoner. All these chains they are your own, you lock them up, you hold the key. Soon your trail it could be so cold. For every bridge you leave unturned you could burn a hundred million more. And how the word will spread like wildfire when you blacklist yourself and banish your own body away. They will label you a deserter and circle the wagons to hunt you down and make you pay. Booby trap your trail, sabotage your vessel, steal honey straight from the hive. Then stab your wretched stinger through the heart of the queen because they will never take us alive. Just let the ship sink.

It's all so esoteric. It's almost satiric. A gag, a joke, a vague punchline, to say the same words all the time to a mirrored image that says the same words back in kind. An inherent desire to preach to the choir. I won't abstain from the same old refrains when I am happy to sing the same words over and over again. Like no gods, no masters and all cops are bastards. I guess I have nothing constructive to say. Piss, moan and bitch about the obscenely rich because I know that nothing really changes anyway.

Cop Grinder 00:53
Who here serves greed? Oppresses the Free? The RCMP. Enough is enough. Tear out his guts and then we will see. Someday the bastards will pay. One won't stay down. Constable Brown. He's struggling to breathe. Enough is enough. Tear out his guts and then we will see. Someday the bastards will pay.

Dog Blamer 02:43
A dog birthed to fight, raised to attack, for protection of property or selling crack. Abused and beaten, starved and neglected. Again and again, all their lives unprotected. So when they lash out and sink a tooth you demonize the hound. No care for the truth that they are a product of a clear and focused mind. A victim of humanity, a victim of humankind. Dogs have teeth and dogs have fleas but humans spread the disease. Blame laid on breed, blame laid on genes, blame laid on lockjaw whatever that means. Barred from a province, banned from whole cities, fuck those places anyway I think they are all shitty. Pointing your finger at those with no thumbs. They're muzzled and harnessed and hoping that the catcher never comes. Kill all the canines? That's no solution, but I know a species that needs an execution. Euthanize the humans. Put down all the people. Dogs have teeth and dogs have fleas but humans spread the disease.

I am free yet I am tortured. I am alive but I feel dead. Cartwheel the pain away. I just want to topple head over heels. I need cartwheels.

Pipe Lyin' 02:02
They give it to you a little slower than they take it back like a gifted blanket. It's nothing short of a disease soaked attack. You're never going to speak a language that they understand unless you are taking money straight out of their hand. The black snake leaving destruction in it's wake. Greedy hands grasping at whatever they can take. They've taken everything from you but they are never going to see that they give it to you a little slower than they take it back like a gifted blanket. Nothing short of a disease soaked attack. We're watching history fucking repeat.

We stagger, we scrape by, we live off the crumbs from the spit and the slobber that falls from their mouths. We live for the trickle down. Shrouded and surrounded by the filth where we dwell. Too distracted too see we're in hell. We live for the trickle down. So grateful for the scraps and the rotten carcasses that are left behind from the lives of excess. We are the vultures. We are the ones that scavenge from our prole birth. We are the vultures. We're the ones circling and scouring the earth. Rejoice in the feast of flesh of the fresh roadkill. Must devour all the spoils or the maggots will. We are the vultures. We're the ones with decay on our breath. We are the vultures. We're the ones that live this way until our death. Until our death.
